Solfina filter carts have been designed specifically for food industry applications. They are equipped with strong reversible pumps and reach through-put rates of 10 – 20 liters/minute.
When you add Magnesol® to the oil, the regeneration process occurs simultaneously with the filtering of food residue. It takes a little over 10 minutes for the process to complete.

The Solfina Box is the solution for small fryers and allows you to simply regenerate the oil overnight.
Filter the oil using a cheese cloth and pour it back into the fryer. Place the box in the basket, sprinkle in Magnesol® and allow it to work overnight. Remove the box along with the filtered residue – done. The instructions provide detailed information on the use and dosage of Magnesol®.

For documented safety – measuring devices are absolutely indispensable when it comes to reliable oil quality checks.
Food safety inspectors measure the percentage of polar compounds, TPM, in used frying oil and fat. This is the deciding factor for the evaluation of the oil based on food safety standards. You can conduct your own TPM measurements and find out whether the oil is still within the acceptable range or has to be disposed of. Good quality management means that you check the oil quality daily as a standard procedure.
