How does the regeneration with Magnesol® work?
While filtering frying oil and frying fat removes the charred residue, the polar compounds and the off-flavours still remain in the oil.
In contrast to that, Magnesol® acts like a magnet. The powder attracts the fat spoiling substances in the oil and binds them – this is regeneration.
